Rosewood piano with metal frame, made by William Stodart & Son, Maker to His Majesty & The Royal Family, Golden Square, London.
The metal frame in this piano was a novelty. In 1820 William Stodart bought James Thom's and William Allen's patent for their compensation frame. This principal brought more stability in the piano.
The piano is in perfect condition.
